We developed our Fungal Salvation Salve when our then-infant daughter developed a fungal diaper rash. Wanting an alternative to the mainstream creams that were available, we put together this salve using skin-healing, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial herbs along with essential oil of spikenard.
Native to the mountainous regions of Nepal, China and India, spikenard has been used for millennia in the Ayurvedic tradition, in the perfume industry, and to treat skin infections. A potent anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, this essential oil brings its ancient healing wisdom to our humble salve. Perfect to use for fungal rashes, ring worm, athlete's foot and toe fungus, this salve smells so good we'd happily wear it as a perfume.
