I am so grateful for Wild Carrot’s immediate response to fix a faulty pump at no cost to me so I could enjoy what is seriously, the best skin product (hint - its Saffron and Sea Buckthorn).
A note of appreciation for the crew at Wild Carrot. As sometimes happens with these kinds of things, the pump broke on my lovely bottle of Love in a Mist. Needless to say, I was bummed because I love the Mist. And the bottle itself is really nice-- didin't want to transfer it to a cheap plastic spray bottle or something. I emailed Wild Carrot and they immediately offered to send me a replacement pump, which arrived quickly. Now I am enjoying my Mist again :) thank you!
Cap was missing from box. Problem quickly solved.
