This lotion is nice and light. It's not super moisturizing, but I used to love to put it on when my husband and I were going out for the evening. It used to smell like vanilla, and the sparkles are lovely and tasteful. However, I will not be buying again and don't even think I'll use this new bottle because the new scent smells pungent and like bug spray. not at all like soft vanilla. bummer bc I do love the sparkles! sad when companies change things like that.

We completely understand your disappointment about losing that vanilla scent. It was beautiful, and we didn't want to change it either. We've shifted away from fragrance oils that don't meet our standards of quality and ethics. We will never compromise on what goes into our products or onto your skin, even when it means saying goodbye to something beloved.
The new formula replaces the vanilla fragrance oil with ylang ylang essential oil and a bit more patchouli for a more natural scent. We know it's different from what you loved, and we're so sorry it's not resonating with you.

A lovely moisturizer that shines with a soft tremulous light. The subtle glint turns a regular day into a disco day!
I will say, I LOVE these Wold Carrot lotions. They work great and they're gentle on sensitive skin. I liked thr subtle shimmer to this lotion, but later realized the smell is almost identical to a baby lotion in a pink bottle. That might not bother everyone. Unfortunately the smell bothers me and it's strong. However, I might try some gentle fragrance or essential oil to adjust it. The shimmer is lovely, though.
I get so many compliments on the light sparkle in this lotion and it smells great too! I use it daily! (Im on bottle #2)
