Yerba mansa treats inflammation of mucosal tissues while white oak bark and witch hazel are both astringents that help to shrink swollen vessels. Of course with clean hands, this save has become something I reach for where ever I need soothing moisture. Keeping this on hand while traveling has been a lifesaver. It’s calming and has just enough balm texture without being waxy. I’ve used from head to toe and have found relief from whatever is the issue after using this product.
